Ciao, My name is Massimo Fulvimario otherwise known as “Toto”, which is also the name of my restaurant which was founded in one of the most prestigious areas in Rome, Piazza di Spagna, in 1922.
El Gouna captivated me with its enchanting scenery and amazing community which is why I decided to bring Toto’s culinary philosophy to the Red Sea and create Noi. The philosophy is based on the principle that simple dishes made with high quality local ingredients combined with a flare of creativity has been carefully developed over my thirty years experience in the culinary industry.
